MYND Stretch teaches an effective form of stretching called Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF). PNF involves both the stretching and contracting of the muscle group being targeted. PNF stretching is one of the most effective forms of stretching for improving flexibility and increasing range of motion. All abilities welcome (please note: this is primarily a floor based stretch class).

YOUR INSTRUCTOR, JENNY MEAD

Jenny brings over 30 years of experience to MYND Stretch. Her classes are a testament to accumulated knowledge from the Fitness Industry, Calisthenics, Dance and her career as an Allied Health Professional.
She competed at the highest level in Calisthenics, representing the State and winning a National title as a soloist.
Jenny has a long standing commitment to accumulating knowledge on moving the body efficiently and this is evident in her delivery of a safe, effective class focusing on alignment, posture and poise.
QUALIFICATIONS
