
Designed for the mature age participant (seniors’ fitness). Low impact aerobics moves choreographed into a routine designed to improve co-ordination and increase cardiovascular fitness. Also includes strength and stretch exercises. Please note: whilst this class has been specifically designed for mature fitness participants ALL our classes are suitable for all ages, so why not try a few different classes !

Kay teaches our MYND Active classes and has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years, as an instructor, lecturer, trainer and mentor. Constantly inspiring and supporting clients and colleagues to embrace an active lifestyle.
She has achieved 2 National and 4 State Aerobic titles, coached at a world level and was a Company Director and Fitness Director of The Perfect Fit Health Centres.
Kay is a former Fitness Leader of the year, recipient of Recreation SA Lifetime Achievement Award.
Kay’s classes, which she still continues to teach, are legendary, with her sense of humour, creative flair and choreography, she is continually rewarded by changing people’s lives and their health.
Qualifications:
Certificate III & IV in Fitness – Master Trainer
Group Fitness, Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer
Certificate IV in Workplace Assess & Training
