Aerobics Moves Choreographed into a Routine to work the Mind and Body. MYND Fit Intro Classes available for Beginners. Moderate intensity cardio workout to get the heart pumping and the brain working, whilst being gentle on the joints! This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.
MYND Pilates incorporates strength and flexibility exercises designed to improve core, back, arm and leg strength, assist with posture and improve balance. This class combines traditional movements with relaxation techniques for a heightened connection between body and mind. MYND Pilates is suitable for all ages and abilities.
MYND Stretch teaches an effective form of stretching called Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF). PNF involves both the stretching and contracting of the muscle group being targeted. PNF stretching is one of the most effective forms of stretching for improving flexibility and increasing range of motion. MYND Stretch is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Designed for the mature age participant (seniors’ fitness). Low impact aerobics moves choreographed into a routine designed to improve co-ordination and increase cardiovascular fitness. Also includes strength and stretch exercises. Please note: whilst this class has been designed specifically for mature fitness participants ALL our classes are suitable for all ages, so why not try a few different classes !

As a Group Fitness Instructor, I have come to meet many amazing people who are on their own individual fitness and health journeys. I see so many people who have don’t resonate with regimes such as HIIT, burpees, high impact cardio, and repetitive workouts. Whilst these workouts promise results, people often drop out due to boredom or injury. I have developed the MYND system as the solution – the workouts are moderate intensity and incredibly entertaining and engaging. Also, I deeply believe in the cognitive benefits of MYND, and after being touched by Dementia in my family, I truly believe connecting the brain and body through fitness will ultimately optimise brain health and lead to a much more fulfilling life for everybody.
